Phosphoproteomic analysis of SnRK2 QKO of physcomitrella patens
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Abscisic acid (ABA) is a phytohormone that regulates diverse plant processes, including seed germination and the response to dehydration. In Physcomtrella patens, protein kinase SnRK2 has a role in transmission of ABA signal through phosphorylation of downstream substrates. To investigate SnRK2 downstream phosphoproteins, we performed phosphoproteomic analysis by using SnRK2 quadruple knock out mutant of Physcomitrella patens with LC-MS/MS (Triple TOF 5600). Proteins were identified by Mascot and quantified by skyline software.
