Proteins in the digestive fluid of Drosera adelae


ABSTRACT: Proteins in the digest fluid of D. adelae were digested with Asp-N or chymotrypsin and then analyzed by IDA (information-dependent acquisition) and SWATH (sequential window acquisition of all theoretical mass spectra) using a nanoLC coupled with TripleTOF 4600 System.
