The Whole cell lysate and Crude membrane of HEK293T cells


ABSTRACT: We perform the experiment in order to compare identified membrane proteins from whole cell lysate and membrane fraction in HEK293T cell. The isolation of membrane fractions is critical to obtain a more comprehensive membrane proteome, especially with proteins containing transmembrane domains.
