Proteomics profile of rabies virus-infected hiPSC-derived neurons

ABSTRACT: Whole cell lysates from hiPSC-derived neurons infected with Thai strain rabies virus were obtained and proteins were analyzed by Nano-liquid chromatography and tandem mass-spectrometry (Nano LC-MS/MS). A comprehensive analysis of proteomic data provided remarkable cellular perturbations and significant differences in proteins and pathways at the early and late phases of infection.
