Proteomics in a tauopathy model


ABSTRACT: Brain samples of the anterior left hemisphere from WT and P301S mice (n = 4) were subjected to phosphoproteomics. The (phospho)proteomes and the corresponding proteomes were independently analyzed by conventional label-free (montoya et al., 2011) and SWATH-MS (Sequential window acquisition of all theoretical fragment ion spectra mass spectrometry) (Collins et al., 2017), respectively.
