ABSTRACT: We investigated proteomic profiling assessed by data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry (DIA-MS) in the rat heart primordia before and after heartbeat initiation at embryonic day 10.0, when heartbeat begins in rats, and in the primordial heart tube at embryonic day 11.0.
