Proteomic analysis of the mouse cerebral cortex in ketamine-induced schizophrenia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this proteomic analysis was to identify potential biomarkers involved in the ketamine-induced schizophrenia. Eight-week-old male ICR mice were either intraperitoneally injected with ketamine (5 mg/kg/day) or saline for 7 days. Than, the brains were analyzed by FD-LC-MS/MS proteomic method.
ORGANISM(S): Mus Musculus (mouse)
