Interactome analysis for Gore-tex/Osiris23 and identification of ubiquitination sites in Gore-tex/Osiris23


ABSTRACT: To identify the proteins interacting with Gore-tex/Osiris23, affinity purification mass spectrometry (AP-MS) was performed using S2 cells transfected with HA or Flag-tagged Gore-tex/Osiris23 expression vectors. PTM analysis was also performed to determine the ubiquitination sites of Gore-tex/Osiris23.

Insect cuticles with nano-level structures exhibit functional surface properties such as the photonic nanocrystal of the butterfly wing scale with structural color and the corneal nipple arrays of superhydrophobic compound eye lens.
