Retention of DLK1 in the endoplasmic reticulum identifies roles for EGF domain-specific O-glycans in the secretory pathway


ABSTRACT: The extracellular domain of human DLK1 (DLK1:EGF1-6 Myc His) was prepared from HEK293 cells and analyzed. Reporter DLK1 that fused with the streptavidin binding site and GFP at the C-terminal was also analyzed.
