We characterized the N-glycosylation profiles of anhydrobiotic tardigrades, Ramazzottius varieornatus and Hypsibius exemplaris, identifying high-mannose, paucimannose, and complex-type oligosaccharides, while hybrid-type glycans were undetectable.
