Identification of TRIM10-binding proteins in HUDEP-2 cells under erythroid differentiation


ABSTRACT: To identify the potential TRIM10 binding proteins, we performed co-immunoprecipitation assay with anti-TRIM10 antibody in HUDEP-2 cells cultured on indicated differentiation day.

Mammalian erythroid cells undergo extensive organelle and protein remodeling during erythropoiesis. The transcriptome and proteome of ubiquitin E3 ligases change dynamically during erythroid differentiation, yet mechanisms beyond E3 activity remain unclear.
