Mechanism of ppm1d degradation


ABSTRACT: We used HEK293T cells stably expressing PPM1D-C with a FLAG tag at the amino terminal and treated the cells with MG132. The cell lysates were immunoprecipitated by FLAG antibody, and the resulting PPM1D-C-bound proteins were assessed by label-free mass spectrometry.
