Development of non-targeted proteome analysis of dried blood spots using an automated protein extraction system (

ABSTRACT: In this study, we developed a simple protein extraction method of dried blood spots (DBS) that potentially meets the throughput required for newborn screening (NBS) and optimized non-targeted proteomic analysis using this method in combination with liquid chromatography coupled mass spectrometry in data-independent-acquisition mode (DIA-LC-MS/MS).
