ABSTRACT: Equine Melanocytic Neoplasms (EMN) are aggressive tumors with high metastatic potential and limited therapeutic options, yet their molecular pathogenesis remains poorly understood. This study presents the first comprehensive phosphoproteomic profiling of EMN tissue biopsies, aiming to identify stage-specific alterations in signaling and metabolic pathways that drive disease progression.
