Proteomic analysis of kidney membrane fractions from WT and Lrba knockout mice


ABSTRACT: LRBA is known to directly bind to the immune checkpoint receptor cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4) and regulates its vesicular trafficking in T cells. To identify LRBA target proteins in the kidney, proteomic analysis of kidney membrane fractions was performed using wild-type and Lrba knockout mice.
