ABSTRACT: Quantitative acetylome and proteome profilling of 5-d-old Arabidopsis seedlings from Col-0 WT, hda19-3 and Rfhda19. Samples were multiplexed using TMT 10plex. Additional profiling of Rfhda19 with and without salt.
Identification of putative HDA19 interaction partners thorugh MycHDA19 pull-down study. Pull-down was performed on 5-d-old Arabidopsis seedlings of prom(HDA19)::MycHDA19 in hda19-6 and Col-0 WT. Pull-down input was also analysed.
Investigation of Rfhda19 knock-out status by performing active HDAC pull-down using mini-AsuHd and mini-Lys propes. Material from 5-d-old Arabidopsis seedlings (Rfhda19 and Col-0 WT) was used. Pull-down and input experiments were measured label-free.
