<h4>Introduction</h4>Endometriosis-associated intestinal tumors (EAITs) are rare malignancies that arise from ectopic endometrial tissue, and their clinical and molecular characteristics remain poorly defined.<h4>Case presentation</h4>We report a 53-year-old woman who presented with rectal bleeding.
