ABSTRACT: MS-based proteomic analysis of the fibroblast secretome under standard-quality (SQ) and low-quality (LQ) feeder layer conditions, collected at 6 h and 16 h to characterize differences in extracellular matrix remodeling and secreted factors associated with fibroblast support of epidermal stem cell expansion.
