Immunopeptidomic profiling of extracellular vesicles derived from oncolytic virus-infected glioblastoma stem-like cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The dataset contains LC-MS/MS-based immunopeptidomic data from extracellular vesicles isolated from glioblastoma stem-like cells. Extracellular vesicles were collected from mock-treated cells (EV) and cells infected with an oncolytic herpes simplex virus type 1 (EVOV), with seven biological samples per group. HLA class I complexes were immunoprecipitated using the W6/32 antibody, and the associated peptides were isolated, purified and analysed by LC-MS/MS using an Evosep One system coupled to an Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer with a FAIMS Pro interface. Raw data were processed in Proteome Discoverer 3.2 and searched against combined human and HSV-1 UniProt reference proteomes using a no-enzyme search strategy. Peptide identifications were filtered at a 1% false discovery rate.
