ERK and Akt activation dynamics in MCF10A cells treated with the four core compounds.


ABSTRACT: MCF10A cells were seeded, allowed to attach overnight in full growth medium, and then treated with the indicated compound for the indicated amount of time. Cells were lysed, and then assayed for either ERK or Akt activation (phosphorylation). Tubulin signal was used as loading control.
