ABSTRACT: This submission is part of the mass spectrometry datasets for the manuscript by Lambert et al. that describes the use of SWATH to rapidly monitor differential interactomes. This submission contains 10 SWATH files and 5 IDA files for the following baits: CDK4 WT, CDK4 R24C, CDK4 R24H, CDK4 N41S and CDK4 N52N. Two biological replicates for each bait were analyzed by SWATH, and one of the biological replicates was used for IDA. See the README file within "Methods and Protocols" and the accompanying File description. Additional details and files are found on prohits-web.lunenfeld.ca.

Deterioration of water wells due to clogging and corrosion over time is a common problem where solutions may be costly and ineffective. Pilot studies have suggested that impressed current or cathodic protection may be used to reduce microbially-induced declines in water well performance. Two water wells in an alluvial aquifer close to the North Saskatchewan River were selected to study the response of subsurface microbial communities to the application of an impressed current as an anti-fouling  ...[more]
