MSPathFinder publication datasets

ABSTRACT: These are datasets that accompany the MSPathFinder software publication. There are a set of 10 replicates of ovarian cancer tumor. These are prefixed with "CPTAC_intact_rep". There are also datasets for an A vs. B study with five replicates each. These are prefixed with "CPTAC_Intact_CR33" or "CPTAC_Intact_CR32". For the manuscript, data involved in making Figure 3 and 4 are the LCMS features identified by various algorithms, listed as 'peak' results. For the data involved in Figure 5, the data is the Protein identifications listed as 'search' results. For the data involved in Figure 6 and S7, this is the label free quantitation results listed as 'quant' results.
