ABSTRACT: This dataset consists of 10 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, all acquired on an LTQ Orbitrap Velos or Elite mass spectrometer. Samples were generated by Amber Couzens (Gingras lab) to support the manuscript by Jennifer Knight (Morag Park's lab, McGill U), revealing the role of Kibra (gene WWC1) as a metastasis suppressor gene affected by chromosome 5q loss in triple negative breast cancer.
