Project description:This project explores dietary proteins in human dental calculus through shotgun proteomics. These files are in addition to those accidentally not included in the original publication, Dairying enabled Early Bronze Age Yamnaya steppe expansions . DOI https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-021-03798-4. Files include raw, mgf, and mzid files from the two Botai individuals: DA092 (Botai 2A), DA089 (CII(3) 30-40), and additional files from Russian sites: DA431, DA431 (Lebyazhinka 5, LEB N-0), Z333 (Khvalynsk 2, KHA2 N-12), and Z444 (Murziha 2, MUR2 N-128) as well as the blanks used in the experiments. It also inlcludes the corresponding files for DA436, as in the previous upload an under-injected sample was included as the MDF.
Project description:Transcriptional response of Mycobacterium tuberculosis ΔlucA::hyg mutant and complemented strains vs. WT in resting murine bone marrow-derived macrophages was analyzed in this study. This data demonstrates that deletion of lucA leads to perturbed expression of the genes linked to fatty acid and cholesterol metabolism of the pathogen during macrophage infection. It supports an overall conclusion of the publication that LucA serves an important role in function of fatty acid and choletserol transporters.

Project description:Preliminary gene expression profiling of normal tail skin RNAs using Affymetrix Mouse Genome 1.1 ST arrays on 89 WT, 62 p53 HET, 62 p53 KO permitted the identification of the baseline genetic architecture of normal tissues. This approach also revealed the effect of p53 deletion on the rewiring of several gene networks that are involved in metabolic processes, immune responses, and multiple RNA processing pathways such as RNA splicing and translational control. This data is part of a pre-publication release. Project description:The goals of this study are to compare different gene expressions for Penicillium oxalicum wild type strain (WT) and Hap3/5 deletion strain (Dhap3/5) under conditions of 2% glucose and 1% bran + 1% microcrystalline cellulose as carbon source. The results of correlation analysis between each sample showed that the gene expression level of Dhap3/5 was significantly different from that of the WT strain. The deletion of hap3/5 significantly affect the expression levels of sporulation process genes and the expression of cellulase-encoding genes.
