Defining Host Responses During Systemic Bacterial Infection Through Construction of a Murine Organ Proteome Atlas

ABSTRACT: Quantitative proteomic analysis from organs of mice either mock-infected or infected with group a streptococcus. Proteomic analysis was performed on an Orbitrap fusion with TMT based quantification using an SPS MS3 method to reduce interference effects.
