Proteomic profiling of human prostate cancer-associated fibroblasts identifies LOXL2 as a key regulator or pro-tumourigenic extracellular matrix

ABSTRACT: Whole proteome and phosphoproteomic analysis was performed on patient derived fibroblasts from benign and malignant sections of prostate tumour (n=4) using hyper reaction monitoring (HRM)- data-independent analysis (DIA) using Spectroanut 8 software.
