ABSTRACT: Example metabolite analysis of food and stool samples. Samples were extracted in ethanol using FoodOmics protocols. Data were acquired using a Bruker Daltonics maXis Impact and C18 RP-UHPLC. Positive polarity acquisition of LC-MS and LC-MS/MS.
