Endosomal PI(3)P regulation by the COMMD/CCDC22/CCDC93 (CCC) complex controls membrane protein recycling

ABSTRACT: This dataset characterized the proteins that interact with the CCC complex and Retriever. HA-CCDC93 (component of the CCC complex) and HA-VPS26C (Retriever subunit) were immunopurified and the tryptic digestion was analyzed by mass spectrometry.
