Functional differentiation of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum guard cells and mesophyll protoplasts in transition from C3 to CAM by comparative proteomics


ABSTRACT: Control and salt groups M. crystallinum guard cells and mesophyll protoplasts were collected at 4 am for 4 days with 3 biological replicates. Proteins were digested by trypsin. The timepoints were 5,6,7,14 days after different treatment began and treatment began with 28-day old plants.
