Enrichment of Collagen Fragments Using Dimeric Collagen Hybridizing Peptide for Urinary Collagenomics

ABSTRACT: Specific enrichment of collagen peptides from urine samples of healthy and diseased mice using D-CHP. A subset of detected peptides was able to separate the diseased mouse samples from healthy mice using unbiased clustering. The uploaded files contain raw mass spectrometry data from LC-MS/MS runs used to separate and identify peptides captured in the study.
