Damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) by dying cancer cells

ABSTRACT: The molecular hallmark of immunogenic cell death (ICD) features the release of damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) by dying cancer cells. Herein, measuring DAMPs from gemcitabine-induced dying cancer cells, via mass spectrometry (MS) proteomic profiling.
