Changes in mitochondrial proteome upon RNAi knockdown of mitochondrial ATP synthase subunit d in Arabidopsis thaliana


ABSTRACT: To investigate how reduced ATP synthase subunit d (ATPd RNAi) could impact homeostasis of mitochondrial proteins, we examined the total proteome of mitochondria from ATPd RNAi-2 and wild type using label-free quantitative proteomics.
