Project description:p62/SQSTM1 is an autophagy adaptor protein that regulates stress responses and contributes to tumor progression. To clarify its role in oral cancer, we generated p62 knockout clones of the murine oral carcinoma cell line MOC2 using CRISPR-Cas9. RNA-seq was performed on parental and p62-deficient cells to assess transcriptomic changes associated with p62 loss. The dataset includes raw FASTQ files and processed gene-level count matrices, providing a resource for the study of p62-dependent molecular pathways in cancer biology.

Project description:This submission consists of processed single-cell RNA-seq data of knockout village samples, provided as filtered feature–barcode matrices generated using Cell Ranger v7.1.0 with default parameters. We previously deposited the same biological samples and data processed by STAR under GEO accession GSE288587. The corresponding raw FASTQ files are available in ENA under accession ERP168459. The supplementary file (reanalysis_samples.xlsx) provides a reference table linking each sample in this submission to its corresponding GSM in GSE288587, which contains the detailed experimental descriptions of culture information, genotypes, and differentiation stages.
