Integration of Proteomics, Phosphoproteomics and Kinomics Enables the Discovery of Anticancer Drugs for Pancreatic Cancer

ABSTRACT: Here we performed proteomic examination of surgical specimens. This lead to the prediction of a number of drugs that induced apoptosis in the patient-derived cell lines.
