Probiotics supplementation to ileostoma bacterial community

ABSTRACT: The human ileostoma bacterial community of 6 donors was cultivated with and without a set of 9 probiotic bacteria. Culture supernatant samples were obtained after 0, 3, 6, 9, and 24 hours, and extracted using ethyl acetate. Negative (NEG) and positive (POS) polarity data was obtained on a HR-LC-MS/MS setup.
