Loss of ALK4 Function Promotes Cancer Progression


ABSTRACT: Cells were treated with media containing azidohomoalanine and 13C/15N-labeled Arg (Arg+10) and Lys (Lys+8). Secreted proteins were enriched from media using DBCO-agarose followed by on-resin digestion with trypsin. Peptides were analyzed by nanoLC and staggered/overlapping data-independent acquisition using a nanoACQUITY LC coupled to a Thermo Fusion Lumos MS.
