Brittonodoxa subpinnata soluble extract
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: For HPLC-MS2 analysis, 50 mg of plant material was extracted with 5 mL of 80% methanol. The supernatant was collected and submitted to a cleanup process through a C18 SPE by activating the column with methanol and equilibrating it with ultrapure water. The extract was loaded into the column and eluted with 5 mL of the following solvents: ultrapure water, followed by 25% methanol, 50% methanol, and washed with methanol. The fractions were joined, transferred to a tube, and vacuum dried.
