A metabolomics perspective on clorobiocin biosynthesis: discovery of bromobiocin and novel derivatives through LC-MSE-based molecular networking

ABSTRACT: Streptomyces roseochromogenes DS 12.976 was cultivated in DSMZ 65 medium. Clorobiocin and structural analogs were extracted from the supernatant and analyzed via LC-MSE. RAW Files were used to generate Figures 2 and 7.
