Streptamidine, streptapyrimidone and spyrimidone production in Streptomyces albidoflavus J1074 and S. coelicolor M1146-pCAPSalbC

ABSTRACT: Data used to evaluate temporal progression of streptamidine, streptapyrimidone, spyrimidone and glycosylated spyrimidone production in Streptomyces albidoflavus J1074 and the heterologous host Streptomyces coelicolor M1146 expressing the streptamidine (ami) cluster. LC-MS/MS data used to characterise spyrimidone (199Da) and streptapyrimidone (827Da).
