ABSTRACT: This dataset consists of 32 raw BioID MS files and 8 raw FLAG-AP samples and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on a ABSciex TripleTOF6600 operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode.
Samples were generated by Taeyeop Park. Streptavidin affinity purification was performed by Zhen-Yuan Lin, anti-FLAG affinity purification performed by Cassandra Wong. Mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Zhen-Yuan Lin and Cassandra Wong. Analysis was performed by Taeyeop Park, Cassandra Wong, Karen Colwill, and Carmen Dessauer.
The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Taeyeop Park et al. The main goal of this dataset was to identify isoform-specific adenylyl cyclase-containing complexes in neonatal cardiomyocytes.
