MALDI-TIMS-MS/MS and LC-TIMS-MS/MS Lipid A profiling in E. coli

ABSTRACT: MALDI-TIMS-MS/MS (acquired using SIMSEF) and LC-TIMS-MS/MS datasets for lipid A profiling in E. coli. Acquisition was conducted in both ionization modes, resulting in a total of 4 individual datasets. mzmine batches were supplemented as well as the utilized custom lipid classes. Unzip MS2 files before processing.
