Circulating proteins in the plasma of pregnant women with early and late onset preeclampsia versus healthy pregnant women
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Preeclampsia (PE) is a multifactorial disease with a complex pathophysiology and no specific treatment currently available. Therefore, investigating altered pathways, proteins, and metabolites, as well as identifying potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets, becomes essential. Thus, the objective of this work is to identify the proteins altered or involved in the pathophysiology of PE.
