Metabolome analysis of sorghum in response to nutrient deficiency

ABSTRACT: Sorghum plants were grown in the hydroponic system in a growth chamber under 16h light/8h dark, 28°C, 600 ?mol m?2 s?1 light condition. 4-week-old plants were treated, and the shoot and root were collected at 1d and 3d nitrogen-deficiency and potassium-deficiency treatment. Four biological replicates for each treatment at each time point were included.
