Data for Maternal PFAS Transfer through Lactation: Dolphin Milk Reveals Routes of Early-Life Exposure
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Data associated with method development to optimize and miniaturize a QuEChERS extraction to isolate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from various mammalian milk samples; extraction optimization was performed in commercial goat's milk. Also includes data used to quantify and perform non-targeted analyses of PFAS in Atlantic bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) milk over the course of a two-year lactational period. All data collected on LC-IMS-MS platform with non-targeted data acquisition.
INSTRUMENT(S): 6560 Q-TOF LC/MS
ORGANISM(S): Tursiops Truncatus (ncbitaxon:9739) Capra Hircus (ncbitaxon:9925)
