ABSTRACT: Immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry (IP-MS) was performed in Calu-6 (SMARCA4-WT) and NCI-H1693 (SMARCA4-del) cell lines treated for 48 hours with a SMARCA2-selective ATPase inhibitor. SWI/SNF complexes were enriched using SMARCC1 immunoprecipitation, followed by LC-MS/MS analysis.
