Discovery of novel binding molecules for plant-associated Proteobacterial LuxR solos (QS-derived)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Discovery of novel LuxR solo regulators and their cognate binding signal molecules from non-canonical biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs). Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed in Positive mode on a Vanquish Flex UHPLC system coupled to an Orbitrap Exploris 240 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany). Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kinetex 2.6 um 100 A pore size Polar C18 reversed phase UHPLC column 100 x 2.1 mm (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA).
INSTRUMENT(S): Orbitrap Exploris 240
ORGANISM(S): Pseudomonas Cichorii (ncbitaxon:36746) Pseudomonas Japonica (ncbitaxon:256466) Paraburkholderia Phenazinium (ncbitaxon:60549) Pseudomonas Brassicacearum (ncbitaxon:930166) Pseudomonas Fluorescens (ncbitaxon:294)
