ASNA1 E14.5 Mouse Heart Proteomics

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains label-free quantitative (LFQ) proteomics data from embryonic day 14.5 (E14.5) mouse hearts to investigate the effect of ASNA1 knockout on cardiac protein expression. Heart tissues were lysed, proteins were reduced, alkylated, and digested with Trypsin/Lys-C. Peptides were analyzed using an EASY-nanoLC system coupled to an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Data were processed using MaxQuant (version 1.6.11.0) against the Mus musculus UniProt database (July 2022). Protein identification was filtered at a 1% false discovery rate (FDR) at PSM, peptide, and protein levels. Differential expression analysis was performed using a significance threshold of p < 0.05 and fold change >= 1.5.
