Li et al., Xylosyltransferase Bump-and-hole Engineering to Chemically Manipulate Proteoglycans in Mammalian Cells: CHO-pgs745 cells with 250 uM compound 1
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: CHO pgs-745 cells transfected with plasmids encoding for WT or bump-and-hole-engineered human XYLT1 or XYLT2 were fed with 6AzGlc-1-phosphate precursor (250 uM) or DMSO and secretome collected. Glycoproteins were clicked with acid-cleavable biotin-alkyne, enriched on neutravidin and on-bead digested with trypsin. Peptides were desalted and run on TIMS-ToF Pro.
INSTRUMENT(S): timsTOF Pro 2
ORGANISM(S): Cricetulus Griseus (ncbitaxon:10029)
