Effects of clozapine and risperidone on the proteome of human neurons derived from Lund Human Mesencephalic (LUHMES) cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigates the molecular mechanisms of action of clozapine and risperidone in human neurons derived from Lund Human Mesencephalic (LUHMES) cells. A DDA and DIA proteomic approach was employed to capture comprehensive changes in protein expression induced by chronic (72 hours) antipsychotic drug treatment. Additionally to the whole-cell lysate, the nuclear sub-proteome of LUHMES neurons was analysed using the DIA approach.
