Top-Down Mass Spectrometry Reveals Alterations in Histone Proteoforms by Human Coronavirus 229E infection
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Top-down proteomic data from enriched histones samples from MRC-5 cell. Samples were infected with human coronavirus 229E for 24 hours and compared against mock samples using differential abundance analysis (N=5 per condition). Intact histone samples were analyzed by reversed phase-liquid chromatography MS/MS. Data was searched with TopPIC using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline and post-processed with TopPICR.
